Our B&B has been recently completed and criteria for support systems and Ecobuilding “clima house” were used to reach the maximum levels of energy saving. The main feature of the building is the use of wood in the vertical and horizontal structures and in interior fittings, including furnishings. It is a modern, essential and comfortable structure designed by Mario Ciammitti. Decorations inside the house were done by Anna Ciammitti.

The B&B is located in the pedestrian area of via del Pratello, a characteristic street of the heart of the city with numerous cafes, pubs and restaurants. Public transport from nearby via San Felice and Via Sant' Isaia will take you to any point in the city ( Exhibition District, hospitals, university, bus and railway stations and the airport ) in a short time. Piazza Maggiore, the Two Towers and all the other monuments are only a 10-15 minutes walk away.

There are three bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, television and Wifi.

The price includes a large breakfast with natural and wholesome products. Breakfast can be made at one of the two partner bars in Via del Pratello:

Vanillia (No. 100).

There are two bicycles, kindly provided by the association Re-use with love.

Single room: Min= 50,00 Max= 70,00 €
Double room: Min= 80,00 Max = 100,00 €
Double room single use: Min= 60,00 Max= 80,00 €

A third bed in the double room costs € 20,00 per night or 10,00 € for children under 12 years. The supplement for an extra bed is not applied for children under 5.

B&B "A Casa Mia" - Via del Pratello 85 40122, Bologna

FROM THE AIRPORT: there is the Aerobus BLQ (7,50 €). Get off at the Via Ugo Bassi stop, walk to the crossing Piazza Malpighi and walk on into via del Pratello.

FROM THE RAILWAY STATION: there are buses no. 33 and 21. Get off at Porta S. Isaia,3 minutes From The B&B. Or take the 25, 30, 91, 92, 89 bus... and get off the second stop in Via Marconi, continue towards Piazza Malpighi and turn right into via del Pratello (10 min.).

BY CAR: You can park in the prepayment parking spaces (blue lines), or in the garages near the B&B (garage S. Rocco, Via S. Rocco 11a or the "Grada" garage, via the Grada). The B&B will arrange to send the car registration number and car characteristics to the traffic wardens (municipal police) in order to avoid guests being fined by the automatic traffic control system "Sirio" wich issues fines to those without permission in ZTL area (Limited Traffic Zone).
